Meet the Agrolux stars at GreenTech

Oude Meer, June 5th, 2026. Gavita International will present its latest horticultural lighting solutions at GreenTech Amsterdam 2026, with a focus on modular LED technology and integrated lighting control. Visitors are invited to the Agrolux booth (01.225) to see the systems operating live.

Gavita International based in Oude Meer, the Netherlands, develops lighting solutions aimed at optimizing greenhouse performance through a combination of hardware, software, and data-driven strategies through its flagship brand, Agrolux. The portfolio includes luminaires named after stars and constellations, WEGA, ALTAIR, and LYRA, highlighting consistent product positioning within a scalable range of lighting solutions.

Gavita International’s latest and key product development on display is the LYRA platform, designed as a modular and upgradeable LED solution. The system allows growers to replace LED modules and drivers without removing the full luminaire, extending installation lifetime up to 20 years. This approach reduces replacement costs and supports circular greenhouse operations. The platform offers efficacy up to 4.3 µmol/J, multiple power levels up to 1200 W, and flexible spectral configurations, enabling adaptation to different crops and cultivation strategies.

In addition to the hardware, Gavita International will demonstrate AgroluxOS, its lighting management software. This platform allows centralized control of up to 32,000 luminaires via the wireless HortiMesh network. Growers can configure lighting groups, apply 24-hour PPFD setpoints, and integrate external data such as energy prices and weather forecasts. Sensor-based strategies and predictive maintenance functions support operational efficiency, yield, and energy optimization.

AgroluxOS is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing climate computers or operate independently, providing flexibility for different greenhouse setups. Features such as over-the-air updates, remote diagnostics, and open integration with third-party systems are included to support long-term system performance.

At GreenTech Amsterdam, the combination of luminaires and software will be demonstrated in real-time. Visitors to booth 01.225 can evaluate how modular LED lighting, wireless control infrastructure, and data-driven strategies work together in practice.

The live setup provides growers and technical managers with a direct view of system performance, upgrade possibilities, and operational workflows within modern greenhouse environments.
