WWV in the Spotlight with Two Westland Sports Awards Nominations
Agrolux is proud to sponsor Westland Wil Vooruit (WWV), which has received two nominations for the Westland Sports Awards 2025.
The elite / U23 team of WWV has been nominated for Sports Team of the Year after winning the Dutch Club Championship team time trial — a remarkable achievement and the club’s first national title in 17 years.
In addition, Noël Goijert, a WWV member currently riding for R.EV Brussels Cycling Academy, has been nominated for the Lara van Ruijven Talent Award, recognising outstanding young talent.
A special mention goes to former WWV rider Larissa Hartog, who has been nominated for Sportswoman of the Year, underlining the lasting influence of WWV athletes in top-level cycling.
The winners will be announced during the Westland Sports Gala on 29 January at WestlandTheater De Naald.
