Court pauses claim against customer
Oude Meer, October 20, 2025, Gavita International confirms that the U.S. District Court for
the Northern District of Ohio has ordered a pause on the proceedings involving one of our
customers, following a claim initiated by ams OSRAM. The court has further determined
that Gavita International as manufacturer of our Agrolux WEGA portfolio, will take the
position directly in front of the customer in any ongoing or future proceedings related to
