Gavita International Strengthens North American Grower Support with New Sales Leadership

Gavita International is pleased to announce the strengthening of its North American organization, with Matt Bonavita en Mike Eaton representing the company in strategic commercial and business development roles across the United States and Canada. This reinforces Gavita International’s commitment to providing greenhouse growers with strong local commercial expertise, complemented by dedicated technical and agronomic support.
Together, Matt and Mike add extensive North American horticultural experience and strong industry relationships to Gavita International. Matt has more than a decade of experience in horticulture and controlled environment agriculture, including executive leadership, commercial and business development roles at Sollum Technologies and AB Ludvig Svensson. His in-depth knowledge of the North American greenhouse market, combined with a proven track record in strategic partnerships and market development, will support Gavita International’s continued growth throughout the United States. Mike has more than 15 years of industry experience and previously held commercial and business development roles at Lumiforte en AB Ludvig Svensson. Having worked closely with growers, distributors, manufacturers, and greenhouse operators across North America, Mike brings valuable industry knowledge and a strong professional network. His appointment further strengthens Gavita International’s North American organization and supports growers in Canada, a key market where the Agrolux brand has held a strong position in the greenhouse industry for more than two decades.
In their advisory roles, Matt and Mike will work alongside Brandon Robinson, Technical Sales & Customer Success Manager, and Gert-Jan Dekker, Agronomist at Gavita International. Together, the team combines local commercial guidance with dedicated technical and agronomic expertise to support growers across the United States and Canada.
